Do you include receipts in the gift box?
We never include receipts in the gift box. Only the sender receives prices/receipts for their order via email.
Can I add items to a pre-arranged gift box?
Yes. You can add single items from our build your own section to a pre-arranged gift box.
Do you ship to Europe?
No. We only ship to states in the U.S and Canada.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
We want you to love your gift box. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return the items within 7 days of receiving it .
Depending on who is requesting the return, the following applies
- purchaser gets a refund, minus shipping cost.
-The gift recipient gets store credit, minus shipping costs.

cost, and we will refund or issue store credit once the items are received.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
For multiple addresses, please place your orders separately. If you are sending multiple gifts to the same address, please add a note at checkout to clarify how you would like your purchases packaged. Or follow up with an email to us after your purchase.
Why does Paypal show same address for billing and shipping?
PayPal's shipping and billing addresses
PayPal fills out the billing address fields with the customer’s shipping address. The customer can edit the information by clicking Change....
This is how PayPal works and it cannot be modified. Shopify can send only a single address to PayPal. For normal PayPal payments (as opposed to credit card payments) this address must be the shipping address, because PayPal already has the billing address. There is no way for Shopify to know ahead of time whether the customer has a PayPal account. As a result, Shopify can't send the billing address, such as when the customer is paying with a credit card instead.
